Most items are shipped directly from the manufacturer/ distributor with an estimated delivery time of 14-21 business days from the time of order in rare circumstance your items may be out of stock both here and at our supplier and need to be backordered. If your order appears delayed and has not arrived in a timely manner please contact us.

Credit Card Orders

When you place your order, an authorization / hold will be placed on your credit card / debit card. If the order is cancelled, that authorization / hold will be released. Each bank determines when this authorization will be released from your card, ranging from within 24 hours to 7 days later.

Back Orders

If we discover that an item is out-of-stock after you have placed your order, we will keep you updated (via telephone or email) on the out-of-stock status and the date we expect to have the product available. When you place your order, an authorization / hold will be placed on your credit card / debit card. We will bill against that authorization before the order is placed with the manufacturer / distributor. As AZSBK.com does not control manufacturers' delivery schedules, we regret that we cannot provide an absolute date of availability.

Shipping

Shipping to your location is done via UPS. Note: UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please supply a residential or business street address to ensure prompt delivery.

Incorrect Item Received:

It is very rare that you will receive an incorrect product; we double-check all orders before we ship them. However, if we made a mistake/error in shipping ,please notify us so we can provide instructions on how to return the product. If you by chance ordered the incorrect product , then please let us know

When you receive your merchandise

Please open all boxes immediately and check contents for any damage or other obvious defects/blemishes.

Shipping Damage:

If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier; or please make sure when signing the shipper’s proof-of-delivery slip, you include a note stating the package is or appears damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please contact us immediately. Depending on the product and where/how it was shipped, it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier. Also, if there was any internal (non-visible) damage, this will need to be reported to us and your carrier.

Defective Products:

Within thirty (30) days of receiving your order, if any product proves to be defective; please contact us immediately. DO NOT ship the product back to us without contacting us first for return instructions. We WILL NOT accept any shipments without a Return Authroization. After we receive the defective merchandise, we will test it if need be, and we will ship back to you (at our expense) a non-defective replacement product. Items cannot be returned after 30 days

If you choose to return the defective item, rather than replace it, we will charge a 20% restocking fee and your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. The cost of returning the product is at your expense. We believe this to be a fair policy as lower overhead results in lower prices for all of our customers.

If after 30 days of receiving your product, it proves to be defective, you will need to contact the manufacturer. Whatever policy the manufacturer has will determine how you will proceed. We do supply products; but not warranty them, after thirty days we leave it up to the manufacturers. There may be instances when the manufacturer, once they have been contacted, will ask that we help in the replacement process. If this is the case, we will assist you and the manufacturer with the return process. However, 30 days after receiving your product, it will be necessary for you to contact the manufacturer first.

Returns: HOLD ONTO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING. We will only accept a return if it is returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. All clothing orders are considered Special order items. Products may be returned within 30 days of receiving them; the products must be brand new (never used) and in perfect condition with all manufacturer's packaging. We WILL NOT accept any returns without a Return Authroziation. In order to keep our prices at their lowest, we charge a 20% restocking fee and your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. Items can not be returned after 30 days.fee.

We do not accept returns for used or assembled products.

Items that you have installed cannot be returned.

Items that are not brand new and/or missing any of the manufacturer's packaging cannot be returned.

Returns - if you ordered wrong:

If you made an error and ordered the wrong products and wish to return the product; you will need to e-mail us and request an return instructions.

Please do NOT return any product that you have ordered without prior authorization.

Returns of incorrectly ordered products are subject to a Restocking fee. If you have ordered incorrectly, wish to reorder the correct product and return the incorrect product, your restocking fee will be 20%.

Restock Fee:

All returns are subject to a restocking fee. We have a standard restocking fee of 20% on all returned items.
